I don't think that's a great way to evulate an NFL prospect. Though his personality does have some effect of what type of leader he is, don't judge a 10 minute talk to someone of whether he will be a good NFL QB.

I've talked to Nate Davis on occasions and he actually impressed me. He's humbled and is always open to talk to just about anyone at anytime. However, just because I have talked to Nate and think he's a good guy doesn't determine what type of football player he is.

I kinda have to agree with bowler. You can't really tell how good of a football player a guy is from just talking to him. You need to see if in drills, workouts, games. If you plainly don't think the guy will be good, cool, but I don't think that's a good gauge.
