Who to draft in a rookie draft with 12th pick?

I was looking to draft stafford, however according to these rankings: NFL Fantasy Football League Articles - eCouchCoach.com there are plenty of other guys I should draft before him. I know the top 5 rookies will be gone before me but should stafford really be ranked at #20? Should I go with someone else? Thoughts?
