I think he'll have a ceiling like Willie Parker. Might turn out to be good but not worth where he was drafted and certainly not the guy you want to use in short yardage.
He's my pick for rookie of the year for three reasons.
1)A runningback almost always wins the award.
2)I think he'll get more carries than most of the other rookie backs in the league. So his yardage should higher than the other rookies. Most of the other rookie backs will be splitting time as the number two with the exception of Matt Forte. Forte's offensive line and overall surrounding talent are terrible. Probably the worst in the NFL now that Chris Williams may be out for the year with a back injury.
3)Most every other first round pick on offense was an offensive linemen. There's not much competition here and o-linemen never win the award. Sorry Jake Long.

Willie Parker was on of the best RBs in the league last year, I would definitely say he was elite. He may not get the tds, but easily makes up for it yardage.
And McFadden is like Reggie Bush, when used properly he can be a game changer, but he can't do it on his own
