The Official Team Needs Thread
No better time than the present to get an official team needs thread, right? YOu all know the drill, post team needs as you see fit. I'll get the ball rolling with position-by-position needs, showing which teams need which positions at first day talent levels, to my best knowledge.
QB (lots this year):
Atlanta
Baltimore
Carolina
Chicago
Detroit
Kansas City
Miami
Minnesota
San Francisco
Tampa Bay
RB:
Arizona
Atlanta
Chicago
Cincinnati
Cleveland
Dallas
Detroit
Houston
Jersey/B (Jets)
Seattle
WR:
Atlanta
Buffalo
Chicago
Dallas
Denver
Houston
Miami
Minnesota
Oakland
San Fransisco
St. Louis
Tampa Bay
Tennessee
Washington
OL (every team could use top 3 round talent at OL, so this is a condensed list):
Atlanta
Chicago
Cincinnati
Denver
Detroit
Kansas City
New England
Oakland
San Diego
Seattle
St. Louis
Tampa Bay
I'll do defense at a later date.

Throw Cleveland in on the WR list. Joey J said he is most likely going to retire after next season. There is no number 2 receiver among Joshua Cribbs, Travis Wilson and Tim Carter. Browns needs on defense:
DE- Robaire Smith had a nice season but orpheus roye has lost a lot. There is no depth behind them other than serviceable Simon Fraser. Willie McGinest lined up at end a lot this year
DT- Shawn Smith and Ethan Kelley are both pretty underrated. Both can play the DE spot but adding a big run stuffing D-Tackle is a must
OLB- Kamerion Wimbley's production dropped this year because he was double teamed on almost every down. McGinest is too old and Antwan Peek is not an every down player
S- Adding some talent behind the starters, Sean Jones and Brodney Pool is a must. Nick Sorenson and Mike Adams, while they were a big part of special teams, are not very good safeties.

Dallas needs two corners and a slot WR like Caldwell. They don't need a first round WR or a first round RB.

Carolina has the QB of their future in Matt Moore.

Washington definitely belongs on the WR list but should primarily be on the DL list. As well as OL and S

I'll do the Jets
Any front 7 impact player: Dorsey, Long, Ellis, Gholston I'll take any of them
RB: McFadden would be like a birthday, Christmas and Valentines Day gift rolled into one
thats pretty much it. Maybe another CB as well to put opposite Revis

With Pittsburgh I'd say offensive line, cornerback, and defensive end are the top 3 needs.

WR!!!!!!!!! need someone opposite Sidney Rice, so they can move Bobby Wade back to the slot where he belongs.
Safety, Dwight Smith makes his number of big plays, but also lets up a lot of big plays. Also Darren Sharper wont be around much longer
CB, although I really like the young trio of Cedric Griffin, Marcus McCaughley, and Charles Gordon, Antoine Winfield only has a couple years left in his contract, and has had a few injury problems. Anther corner would help.
RT - Matt Birk isn't going to be around for much longer, so that means that Ryan Cook (whos done a pretty good job at RT) will be moving back to his original position at C. So bringing in a RT prospect to take over when that happens would be nice.
DE - This is not really a need in MY eyes, but most people believe Minni will need to add a top notch pass rusher this offseaon. I believe we already have one in Ray Edwards, and possibly another in a healthy Erasmus James. Add quality depth with Brian Robison and Kenechi Udeze, I really don't see the need to add any more DEs, but we'll see I guess.

I've heard from a former Dallas Cowboys' beat writer and now an ESPN inside blogger that Dan Snyder is waiting until after the Super Bowl for Steve Spanuola.
