With Zack Thomas's presents gone, the Dolphins need to establish a solid leader for thier defense. Offensive needs can be handled later.

Orlando Pace just can't stay healthy and he's getting close to retirement as well.

McFadden, Russell, and Harvin would make a great combo. Russell needs a go-to guy that he can grow with as well. Harvin's athleticism would provide the Raiders with a great weapon.
