  96. Miami Dolphins - Rachal, Chilo, OG USC
***THE WASHINGTON REDSKINS WILL MAKE A COMPENSATORY PICK HERE*** The Redskins got this pick in large part due to the departure of D. Dockery and the their running game took a hit due to this. They may as well use this pick to add more depth at the position. Rachal is solid in pass protection, but nothing special overall. He just didn't get a good push in the running game on a snap-to-snap basis. However, the snaps where he did get a good push led to some pretty long gains. He's coming out as a junior, so as long as Zorn doesn't put him in too early and let him develop some more this will turn out to be a great pick.
  97. St. Louis Rams - Henderson, Erin, OLB Maryland
***THE CINCINNATI BENGALS WILL MAKE A COMPENSATORY PICK HERE*** I don't believe M. Lewis is through addressing his lack of LB's with the selection of Rivers. I remember seeing a game last year where the Bengals only had 3 healthy LB's available. Henderson can help on that front because he is built to play on the inside or strongside LB. He's not outstanding in pass coverage, but he forced a lot of fumbles in college as well as being an aggessive tackler.
  98. New York Jets - Steltz, Craig, S LSU
***THE ATLANTA FALCONS WILL MAKE A COMPENSATORY PICK HERE*** The Falcons better be really good within the next couple of years with all these first day picks or somebody better get fired. Another position the Falcons need to upgrade is strong safety. J. Williams will likely be moved to FS, allowing Steltz a chance to start at SS. Steltz is an old school physical type of safety who isn't afraid to lay the wood to opposing RB's and TE's. He also has soft hands and can easily bring in the INT. The drawback on Steltz is that he doesn't have great staight line speed or agility, but this can be masked a bit as he will likely drop down in the box to take advantage of his tackling skills.
  99. Atlanta Falcons - Douglas, Harry, WR Louisville
***THE BALTIMORE RAVENS WILL MAKE A COMPENSATORY PICK HERE*** D. Mason is 32+ and the other Raven WR's are pretty good but not great. Douglas was once seen as a potential 1st rounder until the had a few uncharacteristic drops his senior season. He also ran much slower than expected at the combine (4.5 40). However, his game speed is outstanding as he continuously finds was to get open downfield. He is still undersized at 5'11" 178 lbs., but everyone has their flaws with at the 99th pick. He can still stretch the field and is a much better overall receiver than Y. Figurs, who will likely be a career returner.
  100. Oakland Raiders - Bell, Beau, OLB UNLV
***THE MIAMI DOLPHINS WILL MAKE A COMPENSATORY PICK HERE*** This starts the beginning of the 4th round, but I just wanted to have an even 100 picks done. Besides, ILB is just a glaring need for the Fins I had to show them taking someone in this mock. At one time I have Bell listed in the 1st round going to the Chargers...until he rumors of his slow 40 time first began circulating (4.91 40). However, he is still a very instictive and reliable ILB. He's a solid tackler and forced a lot of fumbles. His 40 time his not reflective of his pass coverage skills on the TE's, which is pretty good. Overall, a pretty good selection for a 4th round pick.
